What the service is:
Have you ever entered a business, home or piece of land and had
either a particular positive or negative feeling? Why do some
locations continue to fail no matter what business tries to make it
there? Invisible influences, or the cluster of effects that energies
of place can have on life and work are very real. What I call the
"E factor" can affect your relationships, your communications, your
productivity, and your "bottom line" in all areas of your life and
work.
In all my services and products I work as a bridge to bring out
invisible influences that can assist our quality of life.
Now, in collaboration with my colleague Ellen Schneider, we are
bringing Arizona a service that combines ancient shamanic practices
with cutting edge coaching and feng shui expertise.
What does the service include?
Our complete service includes two parts: space diagnostics,
clearing and ceremony; and feng shui enhancements. My part is the
first.
Wherever you live, work or plan a development or building, I visit
your site and use shamanic practices to diagnose the energies at work
there. I interview you about your intent, your dreams and any
challenges are encountering. I may conduct research on the history of
the land. At the site, I conduct appropriate ceremonies for the
healing and blessing of the land. Then I prepare an extensive report
including specific recommendations that might include: placement of
buildings or specific spaces; enhancements such as outdoor art, use of
color; and rituals and practices you might continue to nourish your
relationship with place. I coach you on how to work with invisible
influences to accelerate the manifestation of your dreams.
I often work in collaboration with Ellen Schneider, a feng shui
specialist who is an expert in taking the information I gather and
applying it to specific enhancements for the buildings on the land.
Our services and companies are separate and collaborative.

Most importantly, our intent is to promote practices that benefit
you while honoring and respecting the land and developing a
relationship with it that is good for you and good for the earth.
How expensive is on Solid Ground?
We have a base price for homes and business, and can give you a bid
for larger projects. Your investment will be less than many other
services you take for granted, such as pest control, alarm system and
other preventative services. On Solid Ground is a proactive, creative
process that is educational and enjoyable for clients.
What credentials does on Solid Ground bring to this work?
I bring to this service my extensive experience as a consultant and
coach in business settings, combined with my skills as a certified
shamanic practitioner. I have over 20 years experience in management,
development and consulting. I currently work with individuals using
shamanic practices and other creative tools for healing and
transformation, at Miraval Resort and Spa and in my private practice.
For over 30 years I have been working with people and organizations in
various creative ways to help people manifest their dreams by making
the invisible visible.
Ellen Schneider, owner of Spirit Feng Shui, has been a feng shui
specialist since 1997 and has 20 years of experience in the businesses
of remodeling and strategy consulting with executives and business
owners.
Why is on Solid Ground a proven process that has the power to
enrich life and work?
People have been working with the energies of land and place for
thousands of years. Most recently, work like this is being done by
feng shui specialists like New Yorker, Alex Stark, who pioneered the
use of Peruvian shamanic practices in his work with developers and
architects of hospitals, offices and high-end homes. Other

Barbara Hencheck.
